Free Telephone Consultation
15 minutes
This first telephone consultation is an informal chat for you to see if I am the right therapist for you and to see how I can help you. This is an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you to Embrace Therapy and what positive changes you would like to make in your life.

Initial Consultation
75 minutes
During this initial consultation I will gather the information I need to create a personal treatment plan for you. This will include information about your current health and well-being and what you hope to achieve from our sessions together. This first session will also include a hypnosis session for relaxation. I will also answer any questions you may have.

Face to face sessions
60 - 75 minutes
Following the initial consultation, you will be advised of how many sessions you may need.
Sessions usually range between 1 and 4. Although some people may require further sessions especially if they require hypnoanalysis which usually takes between 6-12 sessions.

Smoking Cessation
90 - 120 minutes

Online sessions
60 - 75 minutes
If you prefer therapy from the comfort of your own home, or if you are unable to travel to me, I can work with you online. All the above sessions can be conducted online apart from if you require hypnoanalysis which requires face to face therapy.
This will be discussed in your initial consultation.

Hypnosis is extremely relaxing and great for your general well being.
I offer a relaxation session for you to experience the benefits of hypnosis which will leave you feeling refreshed and energised with an added sprinkle of positivity and self-confidence.
I also include a hypnosis recording for you to take home to listen to whenever you choose.

Payment
Payments need to be made in full 24 hours prior to your appointment. Payments are made by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment or rearrange, please do this within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your missed session being charged in full.
